Yes, I do commissions. Feel free to contact me through my contact form with your request. To give an accurate quote, give as much information about the project as you can. Please note my art print prices are not similar to my commission prices. They in line with advertising agency art commission prices. 

COMMISSIONS


Damages

If the mail has damaged your prints, we apologize for any inconvenience and would like to replace them. Please photograph the damaged areas and send them in your shipping confirmation email, along with the edition numbers of each print. If you have deleted your confirmation email, contact us here. Please note: If you have damaged your prints opening your shipping package, we can not replace your prints.


Editions

Digitally (Giclée) printed on a high quality Epson printer, with pigment-based, Epson UltraChrome K3 inks, that will last up to 100 years. Printed on Epson Ultra Smooth (hot press) 250 g/m2 archival fine art paper. Editions are printed upon order, then signed and numbered. All edition print runs are final, no reprints. Editions may vary by color run.


Framing

Josh Brill art prints do not include frames. Most of our prints can fit in standardized stock frames that can be found in stores like Target, Ikea and CB2. For uncommon sized prints, find a frame larger then your print and have a custom matte made.


Printing

All prints purchased through Josh Brill are printed on demand. An order can take up to 2-7 business days to print. Times vary due to the amount of order traffic we receive at a time. Once an order is printed,  then it's packaged and shipped out to the customer.


Purchasing

Our store uses Stripe to process credit cards, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. International customer's orders are converted to their currency.


Returns

Since each print is made specially (print on demand) for the customer, I do not except returned prints. Other non-print on demand products maybe returned in 30 days of purchase.


Security

1. JoshBrill.co is a Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure credit card data is safe and secure.
2. All credit card transactions are made through our payment gateway, StripeJoshBrill.co only has access to your credit card for refunds, nothing more.
3. JoshBrill.co does not sell customers personal information, it is only used for communication purpose about your order and where your order is being shipping to. 


Shipping

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) Flat Rate Shipping & Handling $9.00 USD. Add shipping time to the 2-7 business days printing time. Orders are shipped out of Burbank, California. 

USPS First Class International Mail (6-10 days) Flat Rate Shipping & Handling: Canada & Mexico $13.00 USD, all other countries $17.00 USD. Add shipping time to the 2-7 business days printing time. Orders are shipped out of Burbank, California.
